New Product Launch Burn Out

Have you noticed there's a product launch every other day, online? If you've been on the net for more than a week, and been involved in the internet marketing side of things, it can't really have escaped your attention; no matter how hard you try. So what's behind all of this?

Things are changing all of the time, and in some markets you really have to be on the ball if you're going to be up with play. One of the areas that changes more rapidly than most is that of online marketing. With new technological developments new opportunities make themselves available, and those new opportunities bring about a huge number of new eBooks and software to let you take advantage of them.

Of course not all of the 'new' products are giving you 'new' information, and not all of that information is actually of any use to 95% of the people buying it. So what can you do to make sure you only pay attention to a product launch that's of actual use to you?

Do you often go out for a drive without knowing where you're going? Ok, some people do like to do that, but would you buy a road map for a specific part of the country when you aren't even sure that you're ever going to be going there? Sounds silly, doesn't it? Well buying into a new product launch, when you don't know whether it's something that's suitable for your business model is pretty much along those lines.

Trying to run any business without a proper business model is a bad idea to begin with, so it's something you should look into addressing if you don't have one, and not having one can lead you to making a number of decisions that won't be beneficial to your business.

If you have your plan then you'll know the areas that you target in the running of you business. When you know those areas you can keep an eye out for a product launch that will help you with that area of your business. If it doesn't tie in with the business or operational plan, then don't bother with the product.

Many people will argue that it could be something that will be of use to them in the future but, the chances are you'll never actually use it, and if you ever do get around to it you'll find that something new has been released that makes the product launch you bought into, obsolete.

What does that leave you with? For most people it leaves them with less disk space, less money, out of date information, and a feeling that they've been scammed in some way. The truth is that most of these new products are useful, to the right people, and they generally do what they claim, but it does have to be the right thing to grow or improve on your business model.

If you're on the list of someone who doesn't actually send you any really useful information, and the products they promote aren't really of any use to you, then unsubscribe yourself; it will save you a lot of time in reading emails, and it will remove the temptation of jumping on to another bandwagon that will take further up a road you weren't travelling on.

So, get to know your business, work out where it should be going, how it should be getting there, which areas you need to strengthen in, and only then should you start to pay attention to a relevant product launch if it comes along.

Why Is My Online Business Unsuccessful?

Being unsuccessful in business doesn't mean you're a bad person. It doesn't mean you're lazy, and it doesn't mean you'll never be successful. When you're unsuccessful in a business venture, it simply means that the specific business model you are following in that moment is not successful. It means the tools, techniques and strategies you are executing are not working. Unsuccessful business models use unsuccessful marketing methods and publicizing techniques. When your business is unsuccessful, it means you must change what you're doing.

Fact #1 - ANY Online Business Can Be Successful, and ANY Online Business Can Be Unsuccessful

It's a well-known fact that any business can be successful, and any business can be unsuccessful. What it really boils down is:

Do you have the proper tools, techniques and technology to make your business successful Do you have the drive, motivation and determination to overcome the many obstacles you'll be faced with Are you confident in your business idea Did you do the best job you could do at planning and research

As previously mentioned, any online business model can be a success or a failure. So, just because you have an outside the box idea that no one else thinks will work, doesn't mean it will be an unsuccessful online business. The world is over populated with pessimistic people who see nothing but bad outcomes. As an online business owner, it is your job to steer clear of pessimists. They will do nothing but slow you down and hold you back from reaching your goals. Which brings us to fact #2.

Fact #2 - With A Pessimistic Mindset, You're Already Unsuccessful! It's bad enough to be surrounded by negativity, but if you allow these influences to cause a negative shift in your own way of thinking, you're in deep trouble! One thing you must always remember is your mindset plays one of the most important rolls in the success or failure of your online business. Of course we all become discouraged from time to time. Something doesn't go the way we expected. Something we took months to plan ended up being a dud. Our dream really turned out to be a frightening nightmare. It happens to the best of us. It happens to us all. But do not let these temporary setbacks ruin your outlook on the future success of your business.

Lets say for example, you've just worked all day and you're on your way home from work. You arrive at home, kick back, grab a cold drink and turn on the tv to relax for a while. After watching a few hours of TV, you proceed to hop online to check your email and see whats new. You suddenly realize nothing is being accomplished with your online business venture. It is still in the same unfinished state as it was a month ago. Nothing is getting accomplished. Your idea of a successful online business is not progressing as quick as you'd like. As a matter of fact, it's not progressing at all! Just like rush hour traffic, the online business you originally thought up is now at a standstill. So, what do you do now? Do you let pessimism creep in and sour your mood? Do you prematurely throw up your white flag and quietly surrender?

Challenging moments like these can be pivotal points in the direction and flow of your online business. You may feel as if the challenge is too tough, and that you're not strong enough to whether the storm. The fact of the matter is that you wouldn't be where you are today if it wasn't for your persistence to keep moving forward. So, if you've made it this far, why turn back?

Whatever you do, don't let negativity take full control over the situation at hand. Always remember that dark nights bring bright days.

Fact #3 - We Must Do Homework Our Entire Lives, Not Just In School! This is a concept a lot of people can't seem to grasp on to very easily. In life, and especially in business life, you must always do you homework. And what exactly is homework?

Taking the time to research successful and unsuccessful business models Studying the basics of what it takes to have a successful online business Being able to distinguish between good information and bad information (facts vs opinions) Quizzing yourself on various topics of business. And if you don't have an answer, go find it!

Doing homework for the success of your business can be done in many ways. Some people may not have the time or patience to research successful and unsuccessful business models. Some of us may not be able to distinguish between good and bad information. Luckily, there are options available. Options such as:

Hiring someone to perform the research for you Subscribing to newsletters that only feed you factual information Keeping up with the latest trends and internet publications from reliable and reputable sources

By doing any or all of the above, you're able to save time and accelerate the process of learning both the principles of successful business and the unsuccessful business strategies. These days, hiring someone online can be a quick and simple process. Subscribing to newsletters allows you to sit back and allow the information to flow in directly to your inbox. Keeping up with the latest trends from reputable online sources can be done with a few mouse clicks.

The Common Denominators of Unsuccessful Businesses By far the most common traits held by all unsuccessful business entrepreneurs:

Being lazy and failing to move forward with a project. Remember: There's a reason the word lazy contains the last 2 letters of the alphabet. When you're lazy, you'll finish last (or second to last). Creating excuses for everything that doesn't get done. Remember: No excuses, no exceptions! Unwillingness to change. If you don't change, nothing changes. Period. Self-Destruction in the form of excessive drugs, excessive alcohol, a lack of sleep, a lack of proper nutrition, etc.. These things only impair your ability to think and focus clearly.

Remember: Even The Most Successful Online Businesses Were Once Unsuccessful! Finally, always remember that even the most successful online businesses were once unsuccessful. There are many attempts at creating a source of steady income online. Most fail and few succeed. But the businesses that succeed are the businesses that do their homework and remember that a pessimistic mindset is toxic.

Tips for a Social Media Beginner

Nowadays, a lot of online entrepreneurs look at social media in a different light. While many people find this new concept intriguing and interesting, social media marketing is still relatively new that a lot of small to medium businesses still have yet to learn the ropes on how to maximize its potential. Here are some important tips on how to jump start your SMM strategies for your online business:

1. There is no such thing as being too late. More often than not, there are still a lot of small online businesses that tend to think it might be too late to incorporate social media in their marketing efforts. The truth of the matter is, SMM, since it is still considered relatively new, has a lot of areas that need to be tapped.

2. Always prepare a game plan. Instantly transitioning to social media marketing without giving it a careful thought is like going to war without a battle plan. It is best to identify what your business objectives are and incorporate these objectives in your marketing plan.

3. Stick only to the most widely used platform. Facebook, LinkedIn and Twitter are considered the top 3 widely used SMM platforms in all countries. With such a huge client database, it is best to stick with these platforms before considering to promote your business elsewhere, like less popular SMM platforms.

4. Commitment is very vital to any business. Just like any marketing plan, employing social media marketing would also require substantial amount of time, dedication and commitment. Treat your social media marketing plan as your experiment, or better yet, your thesis, your project. In order for it to work, you will need to dedicate a great amount of time to ensure that you reap the desirable output in the next coming months.

5. Automation is the way to go. At present, there are a lot of useful applications online that can help automate your social media activities. Research on their reviews to find out which one suits you best.

6. Add a personal touch. While automation can somehow help speed up in implementing your SMM activities, nothing still beats the tried and tested, personal touch. Just like the traditional method, personal interaction still works best. Social media marketing believes in the same thing as well.

Give SMM a go for your online business. As previously mentioned: It is never too late!

Things to Check Before Product Launch

The product launch is a milestone for your internet marketing career. This is the time when you will officially introduce what you are selling to the market. A triumphant product launch will determine the success of your online business. If the product or service is launched well, you will be able to have more sales and the effort that you poured into your business will pay off.

Now, before doing product launch, there are certain things that you have to accomplish first. These tips are important because it will make everything go smoothly.

Before introducing your product to the market, create ads, articles and blogs which will already give the customers an idea on what they should expect. Keep these interesting and make sure that it will trigger the curiosity of the people. Through pre-launch ads, you can ensure that once your product has been finally introduced, it will create a buzz in the internet marketing world and that is definitely a good thing.

Also, you should double check your product at least a couple of weeks before launching it so you will have sufficient time to refine everything. Ensure that everything is working well and that there are no mistakes. For example, if you are going to launch an eBook, you have to double check if there are no typographical or grammatical errors in it. Check the file format too. You can also try downloading the product from your selling site to ensure that if customers avail it, everything will be in order. Remember, there is no use in launching your product successfully if people will simply be disappointed due to the mistakes that you were not able to correct before you start selling.

It is also a great idea to go through the entire process of selling the product yourself. Meaning, you have to go to your advertisements and then try putting yourself in the position of the customers. Make sure that the payment method works and that all the links are active so that there will be no interruptions in the entire buying process. See if the navigation among the web pages is also smooth and user friendly.

Once you have ensured that everything is working the way it should, then go right ahead and officially launch the product in the market.

Three Deadly Mistakes That Can Ruin A Product Launch

There are some common mistakes that every marketer commits at some stage of his career. These are deadly mistakes that have cost people their businesses and these people including me have ads to start from square one. Read on and learn how to get around these mistakes.

Mistake One: The perfection dilemma.

Most people who get into the product creation business, don't even get around launching their first product. Thats because they are not satisfied with what they have created and want to improve the quality of the product. This feeling that most of us have is perpetual and no matter how good the product is we won't get around this feeling. Therefore, we need to learn how to allocate a specific amount of time we can dedicate to creating our product. If what we create is acceptable, its enough. Revising and re-creating the product won't increase its price or value. So, go with it and launch the product. Keeping your expectations and goals regarding product creation is essential. You are not expected to create a multi-part video series in your first try. Try creating books or reports that you can sell on line. Then you may try moving to audio series.

Mistake Two: The first sale barrier.

Product creation can get to your nerves. You may invest many days on creating your product, but getting that first sale can be really difficult. People can get really frustrated when they see no sales coming in. Therefore, it is essential that you engage in aggressive marketing initially on product launch. Communicating the basic idea and worth of your product to your prospective customers is paramount. If you get this wrong, there is no way you will see the money you expect to see. Use all forms of marketing such as social media, PPC, classifieds and banner advertising.

Mistake Three Being The Lone Ranger.

Don't ever expect to make a full-fledged business without the help of other people. Affiliates are an essential part to the whole product launch game. Every six-figure product launch has many affiliates promoting it. These popular product launches usually have a dozen or more famous affiliates who act as pillars to the product sales. Create exclusive content for your affiliates to sell your product. Entice them with higher payouts and bonuses. Keep your affiliates in the loop by regularly posting updates to their mail.

These three mistakes, if avoided, can keep you on track to a successful internet marketing business in less than a year.

5 Common Mistakes People Make When Launching a Product

There are a lot of elements that go into running a successful online business. If you have the entrepreneurial spirit, then you understand the value of creating new products. Of course creating a product and launching a product are not the same thing. In fact, the launch is far more important. For that reason, it's smart business to know what some of the common mistakes surrounding launches are so you can avoid them.

1. Not doing the research. It's easy to get caught up in the excitement of a good idea for a product. Call it the "Eureka! moment", if you will. But the idea is only the beginning in more ways than one. If you want to have a successful launch, then you need to make sure there will be a large and receptive audience for your creation. The better you understand your market, the better your launch can be.

2. Not being ready. Sure, there are a lot of things that need to be done, and there will probably be a few snags along the way, but do your best to make sure your product is complete and ready to go. For example, if you are writing an e-book, you wouldn't want to release the first draft. At the same time, don't wait for everything to be perfect before you release your product, because then it will never be released at all.

3. Forgetting about presentation. People will, ultimately, care most about the product itself, but they will be far more likely to take advantage of your offer if you present it in an attractive way. Graphics, design, and the sales message are all part of presentation. This goes for both physical and digital products.

4. Not testing the entire buying process. Try to have a friend test the entire buying process for you. They will notice things you don't and can alert you to any problem areas. At the very least you should run through the entire process yourself. Either way, it's best to work out as many bugs before the launch as possible.

5. Being bashful. You just created an awesome product...now is not the time to be shy about it. Let the world know! Tell them how great it is. Get out there and promote it in as many ways as you can. Yell from the rooftops. Don't be wishy-washy in talking about it. That doesn't mean you have to lie or exaggerate, but you can and should be enthusiastic.

By avoiding these five things you will be setting yourself up to be successful when launching a product. The good news is that each successive launch will get easier and easier.

Product Launch 101

As you read this I'll be in a 2-hour intensive session with one of the few 1-on-1 consulting clients I still do, and we'll be preparing a precise strategy to bring his nutrition product to the world using a product launch.

Now you probably know that "Product Launches" are the "car show girls" of the internet marketing world. Super sexy, and everyone wants one in their business.

After all, if you pay any attention to the world of internet marketing, you know that the big guys are doing product launches all the time - and for good reason too, because they work better than almost everything else for making sales.

Of course, a successful product launch is easier said than done, but the steps are pretty simple. If you've done one yourself, you know that it's just a matter of following a proven system.

At a seminar I recently attended in Cleveland, Jeff Walker, the "father of the product launch" laid it all out for those of us in the audience.

Now I can't tell you everything that Jeff told us, but I can walk you through the basic 5 steps of Product Launch 101.

Step #1: Demonstrate Authority

Essentially, this is what I'm doing every day that I write my internet marketing newsletter.

By giving you great information and action steps, I'm proving to you that I know what I'm doing. (Although some folks might disagree, ha!).

In addition, there are other subtle ways of proving authority, such as associating myself with Jeff Walker and by attending exclusive seminars where folks like Dan Kennedy and Walker are speaking. Plus, I demonstrate authority by doing my own speaking gigs as I did down in Panama.

So identify how you can demonstrate authority to your market.

To be honest, as soon as you start putting your ideas down in a newsletter or on a blog, or when you start creating your own videos, you're already taking big steps to creating a level of authority. So take action today.

Step #2: Create Reciprocity

The best way to do this is by giving away a free piece of content that most of your readers would be happy to pay for.

During Jeff Walker's product launches for his Product Launch Formula product, he gives away free videos.

In the fitness world, my business partners tend to give away free reports that are packed with great content.

By doing this, and asking for nothing more than an email address in return, you are generating what is known as a feeling of reciprocity...that your readers feel they owe you something in return - and so they'll give you their attention.

Step #3 - Demonstrate Community & Social Proof

Your product launch should be built on a website with a comments section. That's why most launches use a site built on wordpress to host their free videos, and allow comments underneath the videos.

In the comments, their readers create community and social proof with hundreds and even thousands of positive comments and thank you's for the valuable free content.

You can even have a contest on your blog that offers a few free copies of your product in exchange for readers telling you their "reason why" they want the product so bad. That's a great lesson for another time.

Step #4 - Build Anticipation

In a product launch, you'll see authors release more great free content or video that helps the reader, and that also talks about the system that will be released in the future. This builds anticipation in advance of the product release.

Step #5 - Identify Scarcity & More Social Proof

Many authors also mention "fast action" bonuses or a limited number of products that will be available. This also builds anticipation for the launch day. Plus, the authors will showcase past success stories of people who have used the product and achieved great results.

Again, that's a brief walk-through covering only a portion of the Product Launch system, but I've watched it work dozens of times. It's a proven system.

Fortunately, it's also fairly simple.

Most product launches last 10-14 days, but in theory, the entire process can be extended a lot longer than that.

In fact, Walker admitted he stumbled across the system because he didn't know how to sell anything when he started giving out free info online many years ago.

He realized that by giving out great content, he built up anticipation among his readers who started asking him when he was going to finally release a product. He eventually created an entire system from that experience.

Now, having said all that, there's one BIG catch...you need people on your list in order to make sales during a launch.

In most cases, successful product launches depend heavily on affiliates. So you'll need to have a lot of affiliates or you'll need to have built up a big list yourself.

Follow the simple steps to success,

Craig Ballantyne

Kekich Credo #75. "Persistence is a sure path to success with quality activities. Never, ever, ever, give up."...So track your efforts and focus on what works. Create a system of success. Consistency is key. Harness passion and social support to get you through the dips. Never, ever, EVER give up.

Kick Your Competition to the Curb With These Three Product Launch Tips

Product launching can be an exciting time that you can, and rightfully should, enjoy. Product launching can also be a very stressful time filled with anxiety and disappointment if not properly planned and managed. Many think all that is needed is simply a mention on a seo blog and maybe an article marketing campaign. Granted you are right for thinking that as it is what everyone else seems to be doing. If you are in a competitive niche though, and many who are also involved in product launches in the same time frame and are not having success, why would you follow the same route? Below you will find three strategies I use during my product launch phase! I will also show you a way to tie the three ideas together as one massive product launch marketing strategy!

Aside from my grandparents, I have not met anyone who does not have a Facebook account. It is slowly becoming expected that businesses offline and online have a Facebook page. I rarely see a new product launch Fan Page on Facebook however. Regardless of the demographic, the market is more likely than not to be using Facebook. A Fan Page directed around your new product launch would potentially have a direct effect on initial sales! As soon as your family and friends like your page, your Facebook Fan Page is displayed under their activity to the people who follow them which could generate even more interest for you. That would be a pretty amazing snowball effect for your new Fan Page don't you agree?

Have you ever heard of guerrilla marketing? It is an aggressive approach and any form of advertising that is not considered unethical is out there. The premise of the advertising is that anything goes and you want to be as noticeable to as many people as possible. Actually, I remember an effective guerrilla marketing campaign by a local printing company. They designed various pocket-sized tissue packs and offered a free sample. They are still in business and normally have a waiting list now! That shows how guerrilla marketing could help you in your business with a product launch.

Your first few customers are critical to you really making it out of the gate. With so much hype surrounding a product launch online it is easy to be forgotten if you are not off to a very solid start. When you make your first sales online regardless of the affiliate marketing strategies you are using, you should find a way to turn those customers into affiliates as well! In all actuality, they make the perfect affiliate, especially if they send you an email or contact you to praise your product and your product launch! One of a dozen affiliate marketing strategies you could use would be to offer them their product free after referring three new customers for example. Encourage them to keep going by asking them outright to join your affiliate program and possibly offer an additional incentive just by being a customer! In my opinion, that is as close to a grassroots campaign as you can get.

To better your chances in giving yourself a stellar product launch, I mentioned earlier you can combine the three product launch or affiliate marketing strategies together. An idea I have used recently is based on those three steps above and I saw very good results! I set up a "Facebook Fan Page" for a niche-based storefront, which took very little time. The Fan Page was set up in a very basic, but not over done; I covered pertinent information and added some graphics. I then undertook a short period of forum advertising, something very low scale and ethical. I find that forum marketing is by far one of the easiest methods when involved with acting as an affiliate in niche markets. We now have two of the three steps together, creating a "Fan Page" and getting a couple of customers from niche forums. Our acquisition of customers from forums covered the Guerilla marketing idea satisfying step two. Now we entice those customers to tell a friend. We can have them recommend our offering with an incentive. If they can refer maybe three new customers for example we would give them commissions with a small payout threshold, thus converting our current grassroots customers. Maybe the amount paid to them, which would be preset, could total slightly higher than the price they already paid. The result in this example would be a total of four new customers!

A product launch should not be a daunting task! Make your next product launch an enjoyable experience for you as well as the customer! I truly believe those three steps will take a lot of the difficulty away from any product launch you have the proper way!

5 Ways to Launch the Heck Out of a Product

Have you launched a product and had nothing but regret and remorse after it went live? If you've experienced product launch disappointment, it's time to stop all of that. With a little planning and preparation, you can be sure that your next product launch is a complete success.

You should create at least a six week promotion cycle for your product and be sure that you hit all of the right notes along that path. You need to grab attention, build interest, grow desire and then ask for the action. If you're just focusing on the asking, you're dropping the ball. Look at the Attention, Interest, Desire and Action model and decide how you'll address each of those points in your launch.

Here are five ways to do just that:

Make sure you know exactly who you're marketing to

Like any other marketing project, you'll want to target your product launch to a specific group of people. Don't cast the net too wide. Develop a targeted profile of your ideal client so you know where to find them, how to display the benefits of your product and build desire.

Get attention through guest blog posts

During your product launch phase, you should work to expose yourself to different audiences outside of your normal sphere of influence. A great way to do this is to do guest posts on other websites. Reach out to other marketers and bloggers who have an audience made of your target market. Ask if you can contribute content and then see your audience grow.

Build interest through content teasers

Your audience wants to know what is in it for them when they sign up for your new product. You can build interest with content teasers - these are blog posts on your site, social media updates and other content that shares tips and insights that tie into your product's theme. For example, if you're going to teach people how to use video to market their businesses, you can create content that talks about why video marketing is so important, the biggest problems people have with video and other frequently asked questions.

Grow desire by emphasizing the benefits

In your marketing up to your content launch, you need to build desire for the product. A perfect way to do this is by emphasizing the benefits. As you're doing the pre-launch marketing, be sure to show your audience why this specific type of training or offer can be beneficial to them. What can they expect by making a purchase?

Ask for the action in several forms

The call to action for your new product should appear in several different places to maximize your impact. The first place is in your email marketing message that announces your product. Highlight the benefits of the product and then give them a link to the sales page. Next you'll want to have the call to action appear a few times on the product sales page itself. Finally, you can send a follow up message after the launch to give your audience another opportunity to take action and make a purchase.

360 Degree Interactive Product Photography

360 degree product photography is replacing the historical flat one shot image in websites of the more prestigious designer based companies but it is becoming more and more widespread thanks to increased broadband speeds. In the past there was a reluctance to embrace this technology as the additional load times would deter online shoppers. This is now not the case as, without getting too technical, the average file size is below 1mb so will take less than two seconds to load (I've just checked it with a 5.5megabit broadband speed).

Now not every product lends itself to the 360 interactive treatment. Customers don't need to examine every angle of a packet of Corn Flakes for instance. There is nothing to be gained from a 360 presentation of a light bulb, however, a digital camera, the inside of a car, clothing and designer goods, perfume, handbags, shoes etc. all benefit fit from this interactive 'video' facility. Like everything in business you need to decide whether the additional cost of taking what is effectively 36 photographs instead of one is worth it. The good thing is that the cost is not 36 times more expensive. The primary reason is that the principal cost of photography is more in the setting up of the product and not the time it takes to click the button. Once set up on an automated carousel it takes an extra 5 minutes to do the 36 all round shots and in the region of an additional half an hour in post production.

In conclusion, the 360 revolution is here to stay and with considerate integration of these Flash based presentations into your website, customers will have a far more enhanced visual experience.

Auto Profit Machines Review

Auction Profit Machines is designed by Jeff Johnson and Rob Pietras who are very successful internet marketing entrepreneurs in their own right. In a nutshell it is a program that has been put together to show anybody how they can have a successful work from home business by selling information products on eBay. Basically they are saying that eBay is a virtually untapped market for selling info products and if used correctly the potential is there to make some serious money.

Jeff tells us that he got his inspiration when he was looking for a gift for a family member. He mentions that he stumbled across this guy selling copies of his Grandma's chocolate chip cookie recipe for $20. He suddenly realized that he had nine copies on auction at that one time. A bit of quick maths later and Jeff realized that it came out to $180 for one single auction, if he sold them all. If this same guy ran this very same auction every single day he stood to make something like just over $65,000 per year. Not bad money for sending out a simple email with a recipe attached.

After doing some further research he realized that it wouldn't be as easy as that, because eBay only lets you sell downloadable products in their "classifieds" section. This incurs higher fees and more importantly doesn't count towards your power seller status.

This is where Auction Profit Machines comes in. Jeff and Rob have come up with a system whereby they give you all the info that you will need in order to have your info products put onto CD's and DVD's. They say that all your product costs can be met by the buyer because you can sell them for more and you can also put them up for sale in the auction marketplace where the listing fees are lower and you will in turn receive feedback.

The cost of the course is $67.00 and for this you get the Auction Profit System which is a step by step guide into how to run your business from day one. Using Facebook For Product Launches - The Element of Disguise

Social media sites like Facebook are a great way to promote a product, but only if you do it correctly. It's too easy to over step your bounds and risk losing friends and being labeled as a spammer. You probably know that most people don't want to buy things from a social networking site: they are there to have fun, learn new things and find like-minded friends to interact with. When most people try and advertise a product, they are met with resistance. It's usually because of these three things:

* It's in your face * It's unsolicited * It has nothing to do with any topic being discussed

That doesn't mean however, that your friends don't recommend great products and services to their friends. That happens all the time. Sometimes you don't know it's even happening. That's the sign of an expert marketer. Discussions and resource sharing are two of the biggest assets of a social network; how much can I learn from others and can I put in my two-cents worth? What most marketers don't realize is that they can disguise the launch of a major product using these two elements of social media without making anyone angry. And angry is not a good thing for promotions or anything else for that matter.

You can be the 'go-to' guy for information and resources. You can be the expert that people trust. You can promote a product or service on Facebook successfully because of it. And you don't want to just jump in there the minute your product comes out. A successful launch is planned out carefully, sometimes weeks ahead of time. Using other social sites such as Twitter and YouTube, all these elements can work in tandem with each other to create the highest visibility and buzz possible. These techniques will work for your affiliates as well, as long as you provide the videos, banners, graphics and training for them.

Social networking sites provide the elements that can make excitement possible: leaving comments, video uploading capability, news feeds, tagging and discussion forums. Even though the social media etiquette is that you shouldn't blatantly advertise products, these sites are tailor-made for making it as easy as possible to do so. Facebook is where all your friends are already at. There are millions of people logging-in everyday that can be turned into potential customers if you know the subtle ways of marketing to this largely untapped resource.

PayBox An Online Payment Processing Service "Early Bird" Pre-Launch Review

PayBox (PayBox.me) is a new online payment processing company which launched its "Early Bird" campaign on Sept. 1, 2010. This is a new company currently in the process of creating an online currency/payment processing service. PayBox is still in its pre-launch or "early bird users" stage with development set to launch in 2011. Using the feedback and ideas of its members, and building from the ground up, PayBox is expecting to offer the following services, once it is up and fully operational:

Major online store integration

A Debit Card that will be linked to a PayBox account

Person-to-Person transactions

All major world currencies could be used/linked to PayBox account

How It Works For Now:

Because you will not be able to withdraw actual cash from your account, PayBox should be thought of as a "closed box" at this time. This means that, although you have an account balance or money in your account, you will not be able to withdraw the balance directly in the form of cash. It will be used in exchange for goods and services provided through various participating PayBox vendors.

PayBox is offering each "Early Bird" user a $25.00 instant balance in an account. They will add up to $20.00 per day into the user's account for participating in various surveys, tasks, etc. They will ask you to share your opinion about various online shopping experiences, etc., and you are "paid" for each survey. (Although there is not a specified payment amount.) You are directed to log in to the website frequently. They also request that you subscribe to their blog, and they also are asking that you "invite" or recruit various friends and family members to join PayBox. They, in turn, will "pay" you, or deposit into your PayBox account, a $10.00 referral fee for each person you bring to them.

Because there is no exchange of actual cash at this point, PayBox is probably a good way to accumulate some "virtual money." Please be aware that there are some "terms and conditions" that you MUST familiarize yourself with before deciding to join PayBox. I generally find that the people who yell "scam" are usually the people who do not read the fine print. So, a word of caution: Read The Fine Print!

By using the PayBox.me website, you are bound by their "Terms and Conditions" and there is some fine print that could impact how much you "earn" and under what conditions PayBox can "alter" the terms of future payments, so be sure to scroll down to their "Terms and Conditions" at the bottom of their website.

Before committing yourself to this, or any company, be certain you understand the basic operating principles and how they can affect you. Again, because this is "virtual money" at this point, and no real currency is being exchanged, this could be a fun and interesting way to bank some "play money!"

Can I Start an Internet Business Today?

The question "can I start an internet business today" is one that is asked by a lot of people, and it is a good question.

Starting your own business on the internet to a lot of people seems like it could be complicated and so they steer away from it altogether. This is not at all true, having your own business up and running is not hard and does not require a lot of techie know how, however, you do need to master a few new (basic) skills, and you will need to be willing to learn new things.

The benefits of having your own business and therefore being your own boss is that:

You work when you want and for how long you want There is a great deal of freedom You are able to make an extremely good living in a relatively short space of time No travelling to and from a place of work, getting stuck in traffic a lot of the time More time for loved ones.

Basically, the answer to the question "can i start an internet business today" is a resounding "yes", it is more than possible to get your business up and running in a day.

As with any business, you build on it, you get everything set up and live, then you fine tune to make your business sing and start bringing in the big profits.

You can start today and by tomorrow you will have it up and running and ready to start bringing you in the cash. You do need to do it one step at a time(each step is really fun and can be learned easily and quickly), and you do need to stay focused on what you are doing.

As with any business there is a learning curve, but as long as you take one step at a time, and implement what you are learning, then you can have it all running today to start bringing in the cash for you. You then need to build on it, (as with any business), improve on it and take it to the next level, then you really can start living the way you want, get rid of the boss, take that holiday, an internet business will allow you to do this, and it is not going to go away the internet is here to stay and will only get bigger all the time.

How much will it cost may surprise you as well.

Most business ventures in the offline world will cost you an arm and a leg, you may even need to get a loan or remortgage your house to start, not so with an internet business, you can get your business online with just a few bucks and start getting a profit very quickly, as long as you follow all the necessary steps and implement them correctly.

There Is More to a Product Launch Than Merely Marketing - Book Review

Today, if you asked MBA students to discuss a successful product launch, they would probably give you a case study with one of Apple Corporation's most recent products. Even with the passing of Steve Jobs, we do see that Apple still has a culture and an incredible team now under Tim Cook that completely gets it. It's as if Apple can do no wrong, and they make it look so easy. In fact, its brand name alone was valued at $183 Billion according to the annual BrandZ Study published on May 22, 2012 and I'd say; "Yes, at least that much."

However, anyone that knows anything about product launching also realizes that in this day and age of finicky social networking participants nothing is guaranteed, the tide can turn in an instant. The perfect product launch might be expected by all, including the consumers, investing public, and the entire industry - but those tables could turn in a nano-second and the company doing the product launch could find themselves in a PR nightmare doing damage control.

In any case, I would like to recommend a very good book on this topic, and you might also like to watch the YouTube video where the author himself discusses this book in pretty good detail. The name of the book is;

"The Platform - Get Noticed in a Noisy World - A Step-by-Step Guide for Anyone with Something to Say or Sell," by Michael Hyatt, Thomas Nelson Publishing, New York, NY, 2012, 288 pages, ASIN (Amazon Kindle Number B006T364QG.

Michael talks about the "Wow Moment" which just blows away the customer and exceeds their expectations. The anticipation of the wow moment can be almost as good, and when it hits, it hits the heart. Okay so, how do you get to the wow moments? Well, it's not as easy as you might think, but Michael Hyatt has a 10 point program, which is completely defined in the book.

Best of all, I think this book is fairly up to date, and takes into consideration the new dynamics of the ever-changing Internet. In fact, things are changing so fast that perhaps in two or three years this book will be gathering dust on my business library bookshelves, but today is the best book on a topic that I have found to date. It is obvious that Michael is passionate, and he knows his stuff. There are plenty of examples, case studies, and all the do's and don'ts you need to know before you pull the trigger for your next product launch.

Indeed, as the founder of a think tank which happens to operate online, this book will come in handy for our in-house innovators, and the new start-ups they generate with their ideas and concepts. This is why I would recommend it to anyone, and everyone involved in this sector. Please consider all this and think on.
